Leadership in Accounting/Finance is completely out of touch with their people. There are some incompetent analysts who are protected by leadership for some reason. This is to the detriment of the good analysts. Numerous complaints are made, but if you speak up, you are “counseled out.” Not an honest atmosphere. Most woman promoted have no people skills, and no one wants to work for them.
