I’ve worked at Alliance Data for nearly six years and I’ve gotta say, this company truly invests and cares about their associates. What matters most to me is working for a company that has my back and I’ve felt that since day one. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, you’ll thrive in this environment. I’ve been able to grow my career experience by taking on a variety of roles across different departments. This type of growth is not only supported, but encouraged.
Cons
Our company is always changing to meet the demands of the consumer environment and sometimes it can be difficult adjusting to new processes, teams or leaders.

There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress
Cons
The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
