      The money is ok and that’s about it!

      Cons

      Management is so under qualified. It’s definitely not what you know but who you know to move up. I feel so sorry for the new CEO joining in February because unless he is prepared to drain the swamp, they will NEVER come out of this deficit they are facing.

      Pros

      There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

      Cons

      The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
