We totally agree with you that our culture of Work/Life balance is a definite "pro". We encourage our associates to take the paid time they need away from the office to manage their own needs and return recharged and refocused. It's also nice to be able to have the flexibility to determine what work environment works best for you. At Bread Financial, you can choose to work from home, in the office or a hybrid of both!
