Pros

they will work you so hard that you will develop many skills the job can be entertaining and has lots of different areas to build knowledge the roles are mostly fully remote you will occasionally run into a leader that cares PTO/Healthcare/401k and other benefits are decently competitive

Cons

the pay is bad and is definitely lagging behind the big banks and real tech companies. they are incredibly shady, I have so many stories to tell. there is little room for advancement because supervisors actively compete with their own employees. Read the reviews, people do not like their managers here. It's because they undercut you, make you feel worthless, belittle you, etc. Leaders try to make an example out of you if you make a single move they did not authorize even if you did it in the interest of the business. there is very little diversity in their leadership. Most supervisors from the call center up through corporate are non-diverse. They talk a big game but it's entirely talking. Show me where its actually reflected through representation.
