      Pros

      This company fosters a culture that promotes growth and camaraderie between colleagues. Management is supportive and provides us with the resources we need to succeed.

      Cons

      Bread Financial has recently gone through a period of significant change, which put a strain on everyone. Thankfully, the worst is now behind us and it’s back to business as usual with the added bonus of much-needed improvements.

      Well-said!! Thanks so much for this review. We appreciate that you recognize we care about growth and development as well as managerial support and inter-departmental networking. We've gotten through some growing pains in the latter part of 2022 and we've got a great plan going forward.

      Pros

      There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

      Cons

      The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
