Bread gave me a platform to showcase my strengths while developing my weaknesses. I left feeling more confident in my abilities than when I started. I’m proud to have been on their team!

Cons

Very high expectations, and often worked long hours. If you’ve spent some time working for a smaller business, just be mindful that BF will likely be more high-intensity than what you’re used to.

Pros

There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

Cons

The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
