We can appreciate that working in customer service can certainly be stressful and our Customer Care associates must have work-life harmony to be successful and avoid burnout. We compensate our associates and provide excellent benefits to support our associates so they can do their job while also living their best life.
There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress
Cons
The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
