So glad to read that you are very happy with the compensation we offer and the opportunity to work those high-value overtime hours! Regarding your concerns about micromanagement, without more detail, it's hard to assist. Our workforce management team is pretty good at knowing who is available on the phones to handle our customer call volume.... and we need you to be available when you're scheduled. It's not so much about micromanagement as counting on you and your skillset to be there to help our customers - which is a compliment to your skills.
