You've shared a lot of "Pros" that we're happy to see -- It seems like you enjoy the flexibility of our scheduling, our compensation package, and the "triple-time pay" for working an observed holiday! These are all great things and we're glad to see that you're happy with those aspects. We don't often hear about a lack of leadership or guidance, so we would encourage you to reach out to your leader to discuss how to better connect with Team Leads, Sups, and Tech Support who can be resources to help you when you need additional assistance.
