Pros

They send you everything you need, Very nice in the beginning, Pay was okay, My direct leaders were very kind and understanding, Offer competitive benefits

Cons

The ranking system is designed poorly, it’s nearly impossible to climb to hit where they want you to. When you inevitably don’t make those goals they put you on a corrective action and threaten to fire you. It takes a huge toll on mental health because you don’t know if you’ll have a job on the first of the month. Any pto or psl days you take count against you in the ranking so you have to worry about pushing payments out to that day to hope you don’t drop significantly. They tell us to take those days we “earned” but if you take them it counts against you. It’s a lose lose situation. There is a gap in communication between leadership, you can ask three leaders questions and get different answers. It makes doing your job confusing because it seems like everyone is guessing on what the answer is, and if you do something wrong based on listening to a leader you will be talked to about it.

Thanks for sharing that you had a positive onboarding experience with equipment, benefits, and compensation. It's wonderful to hear that you found your leadership to be supportive partners as you learned the ropes. We appreciate your feedback on our performance evaluation system and will share your valuable feedback with leadership. We certainly value our associates and don't want to lose them to burnout as work-life harmony is a core component of our culture.
