      Pros

      The company has a fairly laidback work-life balance and places generally reasonable expectations on the tech/product team.

      Cons

      That said, it is not a product-driven company and operates bureaucratically (more like a bank; see leadership's ex-positions) than a tech company.

We're certainly a company in transition -- we have been in business 25+ years and we acquired a tech start-up a few years ago to help us become a FinTech company.       Everyday is full of learning, you will learn from your co-workers and build healthy relationship with them

      Cons

      Complex system, but I do believe that everything can be learn from.
