Great pay, nice supervisor. Great benefits for full time employees

Cons

Constant changes, hard to keep up with. Micro management systems. Lots of clients to remember different information can be overwhelming. Stressful work environment with huge customer demands. Expected to keep your cool even when customers are being quite abusive
