      Pros

      Benefits, Leadership stays off your back if you are performing, Commission is somewhat competitive and flexibility is incredible if performing. Recognition.

      Cons

      Future of collections onshore is definitely in question by the majority. Recovery department seems like it will be around the longest (currently in late stage, not recovery). Outdated advancement methodology. Several uneffective leaders within management that aren’t being critiqued or tested (not counting my current manager who is very capable and produces results).

      You’ll learn a lot because you will be exposed to a lot of work in short amount of time.

      Cons

      No employee support You're just a number, not a person If you're not of a certain race, "forget about it"
