Pros

You get to make your own schedule but I wouldn’t even call it a pro.

Cons

This place is a complete joke of a company. They fail to tell future employees that this is a performance job, if you don’t meet their standards or “rank” you will be fired. There is no work life balance here you have to work every second hour of the day even if you get to make your own schedule and leave 300 voicemails a day hoping someone will call you back which they never but you are still expected to “perform”. Leadership says they care about you but they don’t. This whole place is unorganized and doesn’t know what’s going on half the time.

You’ll learn a lot because you will be exposed to a lot of work in short amount of time.

Cons

No employee support You're just a number, not a person If you're not of a certain race, "forget about it"
