Great work environment and plenty of optional developmental/educational opportunities for all employees regardless of role.

Cons

For support staff, there was limited opportunity to receive a raise. There was not a standardized system put in place to provide pay increases based on performance or length of time with the company.

- decent pay and 401k match - decent facility/equipment - directors are not incredibly pushy/mircomanagers - EIM courses and resources - 60-minute evals

Cons

- 60-minute treatment sessions with 30-minute overlapping - multiple levels of directorship with moderate push for visits/billing - monthly bonuses and annual raises based on number of visits and course/certification/etc. completion, respectively
