Pros

The clinic managers at this particular location are passionate about helping folks and will support you in advancing your clinical expertise if you are interested / willing to learn. The local community is very active and the patient population tends to be motivated to improve. The opportunity to learn PRI techniques was helpful for developing a more integrated approach to treating patients from what I was taught in PT school.

Cons

The vacation accrual was a little slow.

- decent pay and 401k match - decent facility/equipment - directors are not incredibly pushy/mircomanagers - EIM courses and resources - 60-minute evals

Cons

- 60-minute treatment sessions with 30-minute overlapping - multiple levels of directorship with moderate push for visits/billing - monthly bonuses and annual raises based on number of visits and course/certification/etc. completion, respectively
