Poor management and leadership, toxic work environment, patient mill. Senior management doesn’t really care about staff PTs. If you’re a new grad they will low ball you salary wise, while paying high salaries for senior PTs who do the bare minimum.

- decent pay and 401k match - decent facility/equipment - directors are not incredibly pushy/mircomanagers - EIM courses and resources - 60-minute evals

Cons

- 60-minute treatment sessions with 30-minute overlapping - multiple levels of directorship with moderate push for visits/billing - monthly bonuses and annual raises based on number of visits and course/certification/etc. completion, respectively
