Cons
Self management, avoiding traffic, dealing with rude and not helpful security guards and mailroom clerks, sometimes dispatch will contact you if you made a mistake and they speak to you with a demeaning street mentality, for the most part i've had good interactions with everyone else it was honestly one dispatch i had an issue with but i try to do my best so i can avoid problems.
The compensation could be better because as a courier you make a commision off each delivery and how long you are holding so every day is different, not saying its a huge con, but definitely you have to do a lot of deliveries to pay your rent and eat well.
