      The people here really make the difference. Sales and Operations and everything else that glues it all together.

      Cons

      Definitely not for the casual worker. If you aren't interested in pulling your weight don't bother applying.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule. My coworkers and direct manager were mostly great, more my manager than anything.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. It was a new program for Diageo and the amount of money wasted on BS blew my mind. Pay for your employees gas.
