flexible hours. make your own schedule. sell great brands. beer suppliers are incredible. sometimes receive branded jackets, backpacks, gear, etc.

Cons

can't pursue your own territory expansion. little co-worker interaction other than the all day company meetings. benefits are not competitive. gas, and expenses are not reimbursed.

Pros

Flexibility of schedule. My coworkers and direct manager were mostly great, more my manager than anything.

Cons

Terrible upper management. It was a new program for Diageo and the amount of money wasted on BS blew my mind. Pay for your employees gas.
