      Great benefits, love the fact that you essentially are in charge of your own day as long as you are hitting goals no one bothers you.

      Horrible training and management plays favoritism to there own circle.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule. My coworkers and direct manager were mostly great, more my manager than anything.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. It was a new program for Diageo and the amount of money wasted on BS blew my mind. Pay for your employees gas.
