- Toxic, high school like environment full of childish people
- Raises aren't given at all unless you demand one
- Management unwilling to make changes to improve company after employee surveys are recorded
- Rushed and poorly implemented solutions due to incompetent management who'd rather get things done "cheap & fast" in-order to look good, but end up looking very foolish because the resultant system is broken and implemented terribly
- Low, non-competitive pay & poor vetting practices that results in employees being hired that are completely unprepared to do the jobs they are hired to do
- Very flat structure, you pretty much move to a completely different department or get promoted to "Senior" level after 5 years (if you don't quit due to frustration before then)
- High turnover because of all the issues with team members and overworked employees (that results in the workload of current employees being increased when someone leaves)
- Not much transparency as to whats going on in the company
