Good People, Bad Management - Merchandiser Breakthru Beverage Group Employee Review

Only 5 days of PTO a year, Management was very unhelpful Training was nearly non existent. This maybe unique to my department so your milage may very but my department was very new. we were given little training about work that we ended up doing very little of and basically pushed out the door. Our team had a group chat where it was regularly discussed not being sure what we were supposed to be doing on the day to day. My manager was very unhelpful, if I needed help with something it would take hours if not days for him to respond, but if something went wrong you'd hear about it in a damn near instant.
