      - Family-owned corporate company that values work-life balance. - Supportive management team, clear communication and expectations for work. - True Monday through Friday, standard work hours for the industry, 8 hours though you may have to put in some extra time to accounts during the busy season. - Great portfolio of brands and continuously growing. - Constant education, an opportunity to earn valuable industry certifications like WSET Wine, beer, or spirits (payed for by company), education for career pathing in the company or industry.

      Cons

      - Though its in line with the industry the base salary is lower than desired at 41k, however the commission and incentive structure averages out to 55k. They are transparent about this - In the chains world the corporate companies you are working with are reducing the amount of additional cases of product on the floor, this makes it difficult to hit goals and earn more money for incentives.

      Not alot to put here,nice associates i guess

      Cons

      Alot of hours,alot of complaining,cut our pay,DEI hirings and now the whole industry is messed up,down 20%,other wine companies have sold out to bigger beer companies and it's only a matter of time before it happens here,this company has been looking to merge for a long time,they know their sales model is a total failure and the Reps always get the blame working here
