Great People and Benefits, but Growing Pains with Workload and Leadership - Manager, Revenue Management Breakthru Beverage Group Employee Review

Pros

The people I work with are wonderful—supportive, collaborative, and make the day-to-day enjoyable. Company culture is decent, with a good sense of community across teams. Benefits are exceptional and truly a highlight of working here. Hybrid work setup promotes a healthier work-life balance compared to being in-office full time.

Cons

Workload has increased significantly over the past year, yet salaries have not adjusted to reflect this added responsibility. Work-life balance is not always respected; it’s not uncommon to work weekends just to keep up. Executive leadership often highlights what’s going wrong instead of recognizing and celebrating what’s going well, which can feel discouraging.

Pros

Flexible hours, co-workers, work semi- independently.

Cons

NO job security! you can be let go anytime they want to do a "restructure". UNREALISTIC data driven goals, they're still working off COVID numbers and don't want to settle back down to reality, basically greed. Pay sucks, you can't get a place to live on your own with the compensation they offer, and the cost for the wear and tear on your vehicle is astounding, the competitors pay better. You're just a number that's micro-managed and they constantly let go of good employees that are making somewhat decent income for the work they put in and replace them with new ones that are paid significantly less with poor work ethics. It's a revolving door. There is no future for sales reps in this company as they are heading to e-commerce to eliminate actual bodies that physically go into stores and engage with owners and managers. How can this be a "best managed company" when there are constant labor disputes, strikes, layoffs, and restructurings? Use to be a good company to work for, once upon a time.
