This company has done so much to develop my skills and abilities. The owners paid for me to get my insurance license. I have been provided with many opportunities for growth. I started in customer service, which opened the door for me to move into sales. This company provided warm leads. Breathe Easy is appointed to write with multiple insurance carriers. When I began in sales I received training not only from managers at Breathe East but also waspaid to go to seminars with different carriers. If you are interested in a career in the insurance industry there is not a better place to be.
This company requires a high level of commission. It is a fast pace environment and produces insurance at an incredibly high volume. However, this is service based industry. Employees are expected to nurture every single client of the agency.
The company has grown temendously in the time that I have worked there. Overall, the biggest attraction of working at Breathe Easy is the opportunity for growth.
