      Pros

      The biggest Pro, would probably be a discount on the already over-priced items, and the ability to borrow a trailer for a weekend. Another is the personal relationships you can build with some of the people.

      Cons

      The poor pay, the poor morale throughout the business, and the blame game.

      Pay was alright for the most part

      Cons

      Bad management. Tons of drama. No help when it's needed. Too high of unreasonable expectations. When there was snow on the ground, they cared more about moving RVs and not at all about how slick it was. They still expected you not to lose control and safely transport units
