      They sure can sell you the dream.

      Cons

      Rather than have a difficult convo they just pass the buck and or stop all communications. They stop investing in you , make you feel like a pariah for weeks until they fire you by text message.

      Pay was alright for the most part

      Cons

      Bad management. Tons of drama. No help when it's needed. Too high of unreasonable expectations. When there was snow on the ground, they cared more about moving RVs and not at all about how slick it was. They still expected you not to lose control and safely transport units
