      Flexible schedule and no penalty for being a few minutes late after 8.

      Cons

      Dishonesty throughout organization. Many of the 5-star reviews online are fake to offset how many bad customer reviews there are. Had many red flags during on boarding process, earning potential was overstated during interview process, lots of promises to make money and little ability to actually earn. Tries to treat you like family so they don't have to pay well, lots of department vs. department who's getting paid games are played, terrible medical benefits. Do yourself a favor and don't work for Bretz RV.

      It seems we have let this employee down if he feels this strongly. It would be sad to judge us based on a snapshot in time in 2019 with all the strides we have made in the last year for the sake of our employees and customers. By own admission we do try to treat our employees like family and have an amazingly high average employment time here at Bretz. With our newly revised and Mission Vision and Values combined with our goal of providing a world class experience for our customers I believe this review would be totally different if employed here now.

      Pay was alright for the most part

      Cons

      Bad management. Tons of drama. No help when it's needed. Too high of unreasonable expectations. When there was snow on the ground, they cared more about moving RVs and not at all about how slick it was. They still expected you not to lose control and safely transport units
