      Very family oriented, wonderful training for personal and professional growth. Many leadership opportunities and able to communicate easily with managers.

      Cons

      Really none, they are very flexible and willing to work anything, as long as you bring it up, they take criticism and ideas very well, always willing to change.

      Pay was alright for the most part

      Cons

      Bad management. Tons of drama. No help when it's needed. Too high of unreasonable expectations. When there was snow on the ground, they cared more about moving RVs and not at all about how slick it was. They still expected you not to lose control and safely transport units
