While this review is hard to read, there is always something to learn from the opinions of our staff. With a recently promoted female Service Manager, two female finance managers and numerous other promotions and granted position changes in Missoula, we strive to help our employees reach their goals within our company. At the end of 2021 to current, our major focus has been on the customer and employee experience through leadership summits, and constant communication of our goals. We have made amazing strides towards our goal of achieving a world class experience for our guests. Our YTD google scores for all stores combined is at 4.73 and climbing. Complaints are at an all time low, and focusing on our newly revised Mission, Vision and Values to keep the customer and employee experience our highest priority, we believe our company is an excellent choice for any jobseeker.
