Pros
Excellent employee benefits scheme recently introduced, including 10% profit share for all employees. Rewarding environment to work in, recognition given where its due and lots of opportunity to excel if you put in the effort.
Cons
It's pretty hectic at times but feel that the required structures and appropriate planning is being put in place to take us to the next level.
