We make awesome beer, put people and our Equity Punks at the heart of what we do and allow people to get on with doing their jobs without a million policies and procedures. Senior Managers are visible and available and support their teams even though everyone is crazy busy. BrewDog wants to be the best place to work ever and is working really hard at it. So many opportunities for promotion. Unicorn fund is amazing.
