Hey, thanks for your feedback. Don’t get us wrong – we know that we have incredibly high expectations as a business. It is, quite frankly, the reason that we’ve been as successful as we are, and we see it as the key to our continued success, so it’s not going to change. However we do think that in recent years in particular we have done a lot of work to put in place more support mechanisms to help people cope with the pressure, including encouraging people to work flexibly to allow them to control their own environment and productivity, and improving our sick pay provisions over the last year. We will continue to over-invest in communication, with quarterly business planning and objective setting for our senior managers, and monthly director Q&A sessions for the whole team in 2019. We hope that we can keep improving on the areas that you have flagged and make sure that people continue to learn and grow in their roles at BrewDog.
