Pros

Brewdog is a behemoth of a company to work for. As a career cook i have never had a company offer me paid time off, health insurance, 4o1k, or profit sharing. Brewdog offers all these things while providing a great atmosphere with some of the best people to work with in the service industry.

Cons

The problems with brewdog are they use the word invest to potential investors when in all reality it is crowd funding and there is 0 return on your "investment". Also if you are a salary manager you can expect to work far past 40 hours a week with little to no compensation for your time leaving your social/work life a absolute wreck.

We know that at times work/life balance can be hard, but if at any stage our staff feels that the working hours becomes too much we recommend they speak with their line manager or anyone from the people team.
