Pros

Invested in staff early on by organising a trip to HQ and main brewing site in Ellon, Scotland. Offered good bonus schemes which are no longer available unfortunately. Friendly staff and management.

Cons

The marketing team of the company are somewhat disconnected from the "behind the bar" staff which leads to somewhat unorganised promotional events.
