Working for one of the market leaders. Opportunities to progress within the company. Training is now a lot more structured.
Cons
Opportunities to progress are very much location dependent. Their has been possible positive discrimination in regards to employing certain criteria. A lot less freedom than they use to be. Make sure you get your bonus before you announce you're leaving otherwise they use the 'discretionary' wording of your contract to avoid paying you it.
