Thank you for your feedback. At Emtec, we have always valued employee contributions and also have given employees enough time and attention when there is a performance issue. Our managers provide continuous feedback as well as feedback from clients, so that team members are aware of their performance. Feedback is documented and shared with the associate, so they know where they stand at all times. After due consideration, a Performance Improvement Plan is delivered to associates with a view to bring them upto speed and develop them to deliver to customer expectations. DU lead is not single-handedly responsible for a PIP, but rather the Manager, the Lead, HR and DU Head make a combined decision after reviewing all the feedback. The PIP is a great opportunity to walk the extra mile and prove one’s performance, if taken in the right spirit!
