Pros

Opportunity to expand on your industry knowledge; learn best practices for finance and accounting; through client-based work, expand your network; monthly stipend for wellness purchases (amount based on tenure with company)

Cons

Issues with over hiring; disconnect between management and other employees; salaried employees aren't rewarded financially for working overtime with clients; expensive healthcare; limited holidays and PTO; taking PTO decreases your already small bonus (reduces utilization); pressure put on consultants to make up for missed revenue targets; work-life balance dismissed; lack of culture and comradery; no professional development

Pros

A company with an entrepreneurial spirit. Open door to management. Great flexibility, work / life balance, and a ton of great people to learn from. It allows you to grow both personally & professionally.

Cons

Hard to hit too many here, but it's a smaller company, and not alot of attrition in the management roles, so without more growth, opportunities to get into management are less frequent than at a larger company.

“Delayed payment: One invoice for 17,500 USD, issued in 2022-2023 for completed work, remains unpaid despite reminders, indicating potential cash‑flow or payment‑practice issues.”
