If you are dishonest and can lie with a straight face this is the career path for you. The deceitful and blatantly lazy are rewarded.
Cons
These company stores located in Longview are poorly organized, stocked and staffed, none of which is of fault by employees without a management title. They have the poorest communication with customers AND employees. There are numerous flaws in the management including threatening, degradation to customers and age/gender discrimination. The management collection are not fit to manage while loosing their temper on the employees due to "stress from customers" and piling on theirs and others' work responsibilities on to the cheapest labored employee. A worse place to work than Walmart if not just for the lack of promises in interviews such as training.
