Pros
Having come from a much smaller company, I had concerns for getting lost in a large company like this, but have been blown away with how great the culture and interaction with all levels have been.
Cons
Work from home has resulted in some 'disconnectedness' that didn't exist before, but I think it is something that they continue to work on improving and finding the right balance. Sometimes overly risk averse with decision making and amount of time and energy spent on budgeting activities does distract and wear on people at times.
