Pros
The culture is not as crazy as it sounds, if it's for you. Once you settle in to being open minded the benefits are actually pretty great. Overall good company perks. Work hard play hard. They take care of you.
Cons
Advancement is hard to come by. It takes a long time to be considered good at anything.
