You have plenty of overinflated egos walking around with no sense of accountability, reliability, maturity, or common sense. There is virtually no diversity in thought- to be considered great is to resemble your manager.. and expect plenty of pseudo neuroscience. Expect arrogant leadership, no job security, no appreciation, an aggressive non-compete, and complete lack of regard for your wellbeing and happiness (forget work/life balance).
