Pros
Pay and benefits are competitive. Not as high as firms in NYC. Pretty good work-life balance, and a long train-up period at the beginning where you don't have a lot of real responsibilities.
Cons
The firm is slow and bureaucratic at times due to its size. There is a lot of entrenched dogma at the firm in terms of both investment and management. Hard for newcomers to positively make a difference in how the firm works.
