Pros
Base is only for first 8 hours, then overtime is paid on any hours past 8. Bonuses are performance based and company profit based.
Cons
Difficult to get into Bridgewater at any level. Rigorous interview process and rigorous work environment. You have to be okay taking a step back from yourself and becoming aware of where you can improve on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, not just review time. All of it affects compensation too.
