Pros
Great environment to learn about the markets and how to solve problems. Lots of really smart people from all walks of life.
Cons
Culture used to be a very effective way to speak up but became a very bureaucratic and burdensome thing. Career progression is very hard. IA positions are the most sought ought and (unnecessarily) very hard to get unless you get recruited for it. Ray used to be a much better CEO than Greg.
