      Very meritocratic and open environment. No hierarchies, lots of room to grow and develop quickly. Access to excellent brains inside and outside the organisation. Reasonable opportunities to move within the firm.

      Cons

      Pay is average compared to other hedge funds. Working in client service, upside is limited. Client service, while an excellent department, offers fewer opportunities to grow.
