      Get to know yourself really, really well Work with highly capable rock star employees - excellence is everywhere, or you're unceremoniously fired Friendships and alliances form quickly and deeply - as a pro.

      Cons

      Friendships and alliances form quickly and deeply. It's also a con. Compensation well below market average. When people fall through the cracks, there is little to no management support, mentorship, training, etc. Very toxic environment.
