Pros
Briggs has a work force of some of the most skilled, experienced, and discipled foreman I have seen. The work ethic within the field force was unmatched on a major project with over 350 skilled tradesmen. The company support staff and project management team was great, kind and always professional with me.
Cons
The company tends to be overly frugal and even though my experience was great I was hired full time with promises of growth and permanent employment only to be laid off after 4 months because did not wish to pay for additional support for my project. I wish the company would have been upfront about the position being temporary.
